Thank u Just a few problems with the above comment. Cardio and exercise aren’t separate entities; cardio is a form of exercise. Additionally, exercise is not a necessity when trying to lose fat. It speeds up the process (especially for individuals who are closer to their goal weight/BF%), can build muscle, and has lots of other benefits, but it is possible to lose fat without exercise. But you really need to focus on diet! Rule #1: CARDIO! Diet, meaning eating clean… a healthy lifestyle change of eating better. Agree with the above comments about cardio!
